- Supervise and Guide a Team: Supervise and guide a team of artists and animators, providing technical support and mentorship.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or a Technical Diploma in Computer Graphics, Animation, Game Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in animation, with at least 3 years in a technical art leadership role.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Maya, Mudbox, Substance Painter, Adobe After Effects, and Unreal Engine.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience in 3D animation, modeling, rigging, and texturing.
- Animation Pipelines: Strong understanding of animation pipelines, including character setup, rendering, and post-production.
- Real-Time Rendering: Experience with real-time rendering engines and understanding of optimization techniques.
- Problem-Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in a production environment.
- Communication: Basic communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Leadership: Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
