Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational components of the Citadel Theatre, including finance, human resources, and marketing.
- Collaborate with the Artistic Director to drive the theatre's strategic priorities and engage with the Edmonton arts community.
- Build public and private sector support to deliver on the theatre's goals and objectives.
- Manage the theatre's artistic programming, including productions, festivals, and educational initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the theatre's growth and success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and community partners.
