Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven networkers to join our growing team as Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with comprehensive insurance solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Networking and Lead Generation: You will be responsible for generating new sales leads and building relationships with customers in your community.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: You will thoroughly understand customers' needs and provide them with tailored insurance solutions to protect their assets.
  • Insurance Product Education: You will educate and advise customers about Allstate's suite of insurance products, including auto, property, and third-party insurance.
  • Business and Community Events: You will participate in valuable business and community events to build your lead pipeline and establish relationships with potential customers.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of building your own lead pipelines.
  • Highly Motivated and Target-Driven: You will be highly motivated, target-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality service to our customers.
  • Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: You will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
