Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn Amherst. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Leadership: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports, resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Guest Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs, co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and requisition materials and supplies.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Large Workload: Manage a large workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Accurate: Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
