**Job Summary**
As an Indigenous Client Support Coordinator at ITS Global, you will play a vital role in supporting Indigenous clients and entrepreneurs in getting back on track with their loan repayments and account management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct daily follow-ups and collection efforts on assigned overdue accounts.
- Send formal demand letters with precision and accuracy.
- Arrange repayment plans for clients with delinquent accounts through phone and email communication.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries to plan and bring accounts back in good standing.
- Document daily collections activities of delinquent accounts in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide required support to clients.
- Update client information when required in the CRM system.
**Requirements:**
- Relevant experience in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a credit/collection's role.
- Lived experience working with Indigenous communities.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced by young Indigenous entrepreneurs and Indigenous-led and Indigenous-focused community organizations.
- Bilingual – fluency in both French and English (oral and written) is a strong asset.
- A proven track record of strong customer service ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively while engaging your audience on the phone in a pleasant manner.
- Aptitude to exercise sound judgement in resolving client issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Confidence, self-motivation, and a team player attitude.
- Alignment with ITS Global's values and commitment to the mission/purpose of the organization.
