Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Bapa\u0027s Burritos Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have what we need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure that our team is well-staffed and equipped to meet the demands of our busy dining establishment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
