Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Tax Partners and fellow tax professionals to devise and execute tax planning strategies for clients.
- Prepare and review individual and corporate tax filings.
- Conduct thorough technical research and document tax planning recommendations.
- Mentor, train, and support the development of junior staff.
- Work in conjunction with peers and senior management to plan and complete files within designated timelines.
- Engage in additional accounting functions as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of public accounting experience with a focus on taxation and a recognized professional designation.
- Successful completion or progression through the In-Depth Tax Program.
- Strong technical understanding of Canadian tax issues.
- A genuine enthusiasm for tax-related work.
