We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodstock South. Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service.
- Operations: Maintain the efficient operation of hotel systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Procurement: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a hotel management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of hotel operations.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.
