About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mobil. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Sell Merchandise: Utilize your excellent communication and sales skills to promote and sell Mobil's products to customers.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and manage the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, requiring 30-40 hours of work per week.
Requirements
  • Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail or a related field is an asset.
