We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Stratford Pizza Corner Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Workplace Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
