Position Overview

The Front Desk Hotel Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for guests at Kingsway Inn. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Welcome arriving guests and efficiently assign rooms.
  • Reservation Management: Handle group arrivals and departures, as well as take, modify, and cancel room bookings.
  • Information Provision: Offer detailed information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Check-Out Process: Manage guest departures, calculate charges, and process payments.
  • Inventory Maintenance: Keep track of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide support to clients with special needs and ensure their comfort.
  • Wake-Up Calls: Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
