In-House Labour Law Specialist

Groupe Montpetit is seeking a highly skilled Labour and Employment Law Specialist to join its in-house legal team. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert advice on labour and employment law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice on labour and employment law matters, including contract review and negotiation, employee relations, and litigation support.
- Develop and implement labour and employment law policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide training and support on labour and employment law matters.
- Conduct research and analysis on labour and employment law developments to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulatory changes.
- Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years' experience in labour and employment law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
