Job Summary

The Neskonlith Indian Band is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead the organization in achieving its vision of a healthy community that is prosperous, spiritual, self-reliant, and self-governing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful leadership and general management of the organization, ensuring that it meets its requirements and achieves its strategic direction.

  1. Strategic Planning and Leadership
  2. Financial Management
  3. Relationship Management
  4. Council Governance and Administration

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a related field in Business, Finance, Aboriginal Studies, or related field.
  2. Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM), Certified Aboriginal Professional Administrator (CAPA) or relevant certification are considered an asset.
  3. Project Management Designation would be a preferred asset.
