What We're Looking For

We are seeking an accomplished Global Entity Services Specialist to join our Global Entity Services team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As a member of our Montreal team, you will:

  • Contribute directly to delivering first-class service to our clients who are leading international private equity groups;
  • Interact with global team members as well as our clients and their counsel;
  • Ensure that all entity management tasks are performed in accordance with our service agreements and protocols.
Requirements

In addition to high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • A College Diploma or equivalent, preferably with a business or legal concentration;
  • Organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Desire to strive for excellence and proactively recommend improvements to systems and processes;
  • A self-starter who works well within a team and under pressure;
  • Strong written and verbal skills;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Commitment to continue learning various IT platforms and additional software skills.
