Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spray Foam Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation in a variety of settings, including walls, ceilings, ductwork, and basement slabs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install spray foam insulation in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate project conditions and complete quantity takeoffs to ensure accurate estimates and efficient project execution.
  • Operate spray foam equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Prepare work sites by protecting windows and floors to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Understand and follow spray foam safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot spray foam equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient project execution.
  • Dispose of waste materials and clean up work sites to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Set up and take down scaffolding as required to ensure safe and efficient access to work sites.
  • Enforce and follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Ensure scope of work is completed efficiently and according to company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience installing spray foam insulation.
  • Clean driver's abstract.
  • Safety-conscious attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Outgoing and able to contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Proficient English language skills.
  • Reliable means of transportation.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.
