Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Accommodate dietary restrictions for residents with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Manage inventory by ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assist with their training and development.

Certifications
