The Wholegoods Order Fulfillment Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting designated Brandt Tractor Branches with comprehensive inventory oversight and management. This includes the allocation of stock for sales and rentals, as well as balancing whole goods inventory across various divisions. Key responsibilities involve placing orders with different suppliers, processing purchase orders, coding, and addressing general inventory-related inquiries from the branches. This position is essential for the overall effectiveness of Brandt Tractor by providing daily sales activity support and critical information to the branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Assignments for Sales and Rentals
    • Enforce the established assignment policy to ensure precise inventory availability.
    • Coordinate logistics with the PDI and Traffic departments.
    • Report sales details to senior management teams.
  • Inventory Record Maintenance
    • Utilize the Record 360 program to maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Oversee machine details such as hours, location, notes, and specifications.
    • Provide training and support for the Record 360 system.
  • Order Placement
    • Manage orders with vendors and keep track of order details.
    • Address branch inquiries regarding order dates.
    • Collaborate with vendors on any order modifications.
  • Inventory Creation
    • Match vendor invoices to purchase orders.
    • Possess GL coding knowledge for various products.
    • Create new inventory records within business systems.
  • Additional Duties
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer support abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Analytical thinking and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to invest extra time to complete tasks are necessary.

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
