Cansel is on the lookout for a dedicated Rental Coordinator to oversee the coordination and delivery of rental equipment to clients nationwide.
In this role, you will manage the scheduling of all rental equipment operations tailored for clients in the geospatial survey, mapping, and scanning sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and organize rental agreements
- Customize rental equipment and systems according to client specifications
- Conduct inspections, calibrations, and maintenance of rental equipment
- Plan and schedule service and maintenance for equipment
- Oversee delivery logistics
- Keep equipment checklists current
- Manage the lifecycle of rental equipment
- Ensure the rental area is maintained professionally
- Assist in the setup of new equipment
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous
- Familiarity with computer information systems and surveying equipment
- Background in electronics is preferred
