Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system to handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, scheduling appointments, and sending invoices.
  • Clerical Duties: Assist with filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.

We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week and a language of work in English.
