We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Rocky Mountain Equipment. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and promoting our products and services in a protected trade area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase sales revenue
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, including proposals, quotes, and cost-estimating
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to reduce costs and increase efficiencies
- Execute solution-selling techniques to bundle overall value proposition
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity in the trade area
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to grow sales in an outside sales capacity
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Strong sociability and ability to develop relationships and expand personal network
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence decisions
- Effective territory management and use of business system tools
- Agriculture industry experience is an asset but not required
