About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Test Analyst to join our team at Mattamy Homes. As a key member of our IT Enterprise Services team, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of testing strategies to drive quality across our application landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Create and execute test cases across platforms, projects, and releases to achieve zero defect releases
  • Implement quality processes and methodologies to meet quality standards and objectives
  • Train and mentor project and platform team members on creating and maintaining test planning and execution artifacts
  • Drive test automation to improve efficiency and reduce time to deliver
  • Lead business and technical analysts through the test case creation and execution process
  • Ensure the right level of test plans are created for functional, non-functional, unit, UAT, regression, and hot fix releases
  • Establish test standards as a blueprint for all applications
  • Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with 1 year in a lead business or test analyst role
  • Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and principles
  • Minimum 1 year of experience documenting and executing test cases, preferably using a test automation tool
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, management, and project teams
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in service delivery with a strong client/customer focus
