Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervision: Provide regular feedback and coaching to staff members, helping them to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure
