Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge data-driven solutions for our aircraft systems. As a key member of our data science team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy data-driven products that drive business value and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Preprocessing

Collect and preprocess data from various sources, including SAP, Salesforce, and the Connected Aircraft Smart Link Plus box (IoT) of our Global and Challenger fleet.

Exploratory Data Analysis and Feature Engineering

Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to extract new insights and generate business value, ready to be deployed at scale for maximum impact.

Machine Learning and AI Model Development

Develop, train, validate, and monitor machine learning, statistical, and AI models to propel our Digital Portfolio of customer-facing applications as well as increase the productivity of our Aftermarket tools and processes.

Aftermarket Data Science and AI Roadmap

Plan and implement the Aftermarket Data Science and AI roadmap together with product managers, product owners, business analysts, and UI/UX designers.

Collaboration and Communication

Work in close collaboration with data and MLOps engineers, ensuring the models are productionized successfully and yield the desired outcome.

Predictive Maintenance Solution

Collaborate with aircraft system engineers, technical specialists, field service representatives, and our Customer Response Center to develop a state-of-the-art Predictive Maintenance solution comprised of Condition Monitoring, Diagnostics, and Prognostics modules.

Competitive Intelligence and Literature Reviews

Conduct literature reviews and competitive intelligence on AI-powered digital products and services tailored to the business aviation industry.

Cloud Deployment and MLOps Pipelines

You have experience deploying big data analytics in the cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Enterprise-Grade MLOps Pipelines

You have experience supporting enterprise-grade, fully productionized MLOps pipelines.

Time-Series Data and Predictive Maintenance

You have experience with time-series data, particularly telemetry (sensor-based) data.

Aircraft Systems and Asset Management

You have experience with predictive maintenance and aircraft systems (asset).

Python and Machine Learning Libraries

You master Python and its ecosystem of machine learning libraries.

Communication and Teamwork

You are a team player with above-average communication skills in English and French (asset).
