We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our Corporate Actuarial team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for providing expert actuarial insights to support business decisions and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement actuarial models to analyze loss reserves and loss adjustment expense reserve adequacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper communication of observed trends to key stakeholders
- Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their actuarial skills
- Research and develop new approaches to reserving and stress testing
- Prepare supporting materials for reports to regulatory authorities
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Sciences or a Master's Degree in Mathematics
- Experience in Reinsurance and P&C Reserving and Stress Testing (FCT/DCAT)
- Passed at least 5 of the 9 CAS exams, or relevant experience
- Key Software expertise (SAS, Excel, VBA)
