About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team at IWG plc. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our workspace center, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including customer service, facilities management, and team supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead a team of Community Associates to ensure excellent customer service and a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote our services and products to customers.
- Manage the center's budget and resources to ensure efficient use of assets.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Experience with MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
- Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
