Position Overview:
The Senior Manager of the CBTA Center of Excellence will be responsible for the development and execution of training initiatives that adhere to industry regulations and standards. This role involves:
- Creating and executing comprehensive training programs tailored for aviation professionals.
- Leading the design and implementation of competency-based training methodologies.
- Collaborating with industry experts and managing financial aspects of training projects.
- Representing IATA at key industry conferences and events.
Qualifications:
- A degree in adult education or training design is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in training program development.
- Proven expertise in competency-based training frameworks.
- Knowledge of ICAO regulations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel may be necessary.
