About the Role

Meridia Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Mechanical to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling and executing multiple complex projects in the mechanical building services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and company performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical building services sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of project delivery.
