About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Operations Manager to join our team at Meloche Monnex Inc. As a key member of our commercial claims team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to improve claims operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to improve claims operations and customer satisfaction
  • Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance claims handling and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery and achievement of business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of claims operations and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial claims operations, with a strong background in process improvement and project management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Post-secondary degree and/or diploma in a related field, such as business administration or insurance
