About the Role:

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource utilization
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT solutions delivery
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Expertise in MS Project and other project management tools
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards, such as PMBOK and PMP
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Project Management designation (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
