Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, you will:

  • Exhibit a commitment to excellence by serving our guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Provide personalized service to all guests, ensuring that their experience reflects our core values.
  • Embrace the principles of French hospitality with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Complete all necessary documentation for goods entering and exiting the warehouse.
  • Verify that all received goods match the quantities and quality specified in invoices and purchase orders, ensuring proper storage.
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts and accurately input data into the Inventory Management System.
  • Ensure that deliveries are received and stored in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Oversee the timely distribution of goods to various departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the storage areas, ensuring proper handling of all items.
  • Safeguard all storage locations to prevent losses due to environmental factors or theft.
  • Ensure that all returns to suppliers are properly documented and authorized.
  • Follow purchasing protocols as outlined in the departmental policies.
