Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Accountant to join our team at Onmyownbusiness Solutions Inc.. This role is crucial for managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Primary Duties
  • Assess clients' financial objectives and aspirations
  • Oversee and mentor accounting staff
  • Conduct training sessions for team members
  • Evaluate clients' financial documentation
  • Ensure precision and adherence to accounting regulations and internal controls
  • Formulate financial strategies for clients
  • Compile reports and audit outcomes
  • Generate financial statements and documentation
  • Establish and uphold cost analysis, reporting, and internal control protocols
  • Examine financial records and statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Administer payroll processes
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 1 to 2 individuals
Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
