Nous recherchons un Analyste financier expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion financière au sein du Réseau de santé Vitalité.

Responsabilités

Le titulaire du poste sera principalement responsable de la gestion du cycle comptable complet d'un ou de plusieurs secteurs d'activités adjacents au Réseau de santé Vitalité.

  • Gestion des portefeuilles d'investissement
  • Gestion des immobilisations
  • Analyse complexe des résultats financiers
  • Gestion des projets d'amélioration des processus opérationnels et financiers
  • Développement d'outils d'analyse financière complexes
  • Surveillance des résultats financiers
  • Participation au processus budgétaire annuel
  • Préparation de l'information financière
  • Fourniture d'un soutien pour divers rapports financiers opérationnels et officiels
Exigences

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons un candidat ayant :

  • Un baccalauréat en administration des affaires avec une spécialisation en comptabilité
  • Une désignation comptable professionnelle (CPA)
  • Au moins sept (7) années d'expérience pertinente dans les processus et procédures comptables et l'analyse complexe des résultats financiers
  • Expérience pertinente en gestion de placements
  • Expérience pertinente en amélioration de processus et dans l'implémentation des meilleures pratiques
  • Excellentes connaissances des principes comptables et financiers
  • Capacité d'établir des priorités et d'atteindre des objectifs
  • Capacité de résoudre des problématiques complexes
  • Capacité de gérer simultanément plusieurs projets à la fois
  • Capacité d'analyse, de rédaction et de synthèse
  • Forte connaissance et habileté avec le logiciel Microsoft Office, spécifiquement Excel
  • Disponibilité à voyager à l'intérieur du territoire du Réseau
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome
  • Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné
  • Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité)
  • Adhésion aux principes d'éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles
  • Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité
