Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at JEMO Foods Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
