Position Overview

The Culinary Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and customer service meet established standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
