Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DHANPRAPTI INC.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Hire and train food service staff to meet the needs of our establishment.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Establish work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative.
- Dependability and flexibility.
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. Public transportation is available.

Work Term:Permanent.Hours:
30 to 35 hours per week.
