Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Lead Team Member
At Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food meets quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Client focus and team player skills.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
