Job Title: Senior Financial Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join our team at Nova Scotia Healthcare Infrastructure Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on P3 financing arrangements and contract management matters.
  • Offer strategic financial advice to project team members and provide expert knowledge to create innovative solutions.
  • Manage the delivery and take personal responsibility for contract administration of the agency's P3 healthcare project program.
  • Ensure appropriate contractual requirements are prescribed and adhered to.
  • Develop and maintain formal partnerships and collaborative relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
  • Provide input into the development of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Deliver expert research, analysis, consultation, and advice on project issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
  • P3 experience is an asset.
  • Proven contract management skills.
  • Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
