Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join our team at Build Nova Scotia. As a key member of our P3 project team, you will provide expert financial advice and guidance to project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide expert advice on P3 financing arrangements and contract management matters
  • Collaborate with project team members to develop and implement strategic financial plans
  • Manage and administer contracts for P3 projects
  • Develop and maintain formal partnerships with stakeholders
  • Provide input into the development of compliance policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and operations management
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial analysis
  • P3 experience an asset
  • Proven contract management skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel and Word)
