Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at DIVRAJ FREIGHT SERVICES INC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle and transporting goods across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Commercial Vehicle: Safely drive a tractor-trailer combination or a straight truck to transport goods to various locations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with our logistics team to plan and coordinate routes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to hours of service, weight limits, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Certifications: AZ class license.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding, sitting, and weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
