Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Hakeem Trucking Ltd is seeking a reliable and skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations.

Job Summary:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring safety and security of cargo.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, overseeing all aspects of the vehicle.
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch, record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Hold a valid Air Brakes Endorsement and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work 40 to 50 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to travel cross-border, overnight, and for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive manual transmission vehicles.
Work Environment:

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with various locations. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding role, and be willing to travel extensively.
