Position Overview

The selected candidate will oversee the management of plant reporting, primarily utilizing Power BI alongside various software tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily updates to current Power BI and Microsoft applications (Office 365) dashboards
  • Creation of new Power BI and Microsoft applications (Office 365) dashboards under the guidance of Operations
  • Enhancement and modification of existing Power BI and Microsoft applications (Office 365)
  • Collaborate with production and process teams to identify data source gaps and compile information for automation
  • Support for Canadian sites (initially WB, then AB) with potential future assistance for US locations
  • Occasional travel may be necessary
  • Assist in transitioning to a paperless environment with electronic recordkeeping
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft applications (Office 365) or a strong ability to learn quickly
  • A data-driven mindset
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Experience with Oracle/JDE is advantageous
  • On-site presence is required
