Job Summary

This role will be responsible for the administration of plant reporting focused on Power BI and various other software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update existing Power BI/MS apps (Office 365) dashboards daily
  • Develop new Power BI/MS apps (Office 365) dashboards with direction from Operations
  • Modify/improve existing Power BI/MS apps (Office 365)
  • Work with production and process personnel to identify existing data sources for gaps and collate information for automation
  • Support sites in Canada (WB, then AB) with possible US support later on
  • Minor travel may be required
  • Support the move to paperless with electronic recordkeeping
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft
  • Power BI/MS apps (Office 365) existing or ability to train quickly
  • Data-driven person
  • Desire to streamline and improve – continuous improvement focus
  • Oracle/JDE experience a plus
  • Must work on site
