About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Personal Support Worker to join our team at Brucelea Haven. As a Personal Support Worker, you will work under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide high-quality personal care to residents in accordance with their care plans.

Responsibilities

* Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

* Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized College
* Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
* TB Two Step Skin Test
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Patience, flexibility, and adaptability are required
* Computer skills
