Job Title: Regional Sales Director

BlueVoyant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Canada and US markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Manage sales analytics and reporting to track team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the Canada and US markets
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
