Culinary Specialist

Bambinos Pizzeria is seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to enhance our kitchen operations. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a culinary role is preferred.
The position is based in a fast-paced restaurant setting, where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a range of meals and individual dishes.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
- Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in their development.
- Maintain accurate records of food and supply inventory.
- Organize and manage buffets and special events.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
This position includes supervising general cooks and kitchen helpers.
Safety and SecurityA criminal record check is a requirement for this position.
Physical Requirements- Ability to handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and manage repetitive tasks.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
