Job Title: Clinical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Systems Specialist to join our team at EFW Radiology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, including radiologists, technologists, and support staff, in the design and implementation of new clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist end-users in understanding clinical workflow and requirements
  • Conduct business analysis and software configuration
  • Provide functional expertise and project management
  • Develop and deliver training on required systems and procedures
  • Analyze technical and operational problems and work with internal technical teams and/or vendor representatives to resolve issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a clinical designation
  • 5 years' experience working in a radiology or healthcare environment in a technical, administrative, or clinical role
  • Fluent in English – written and oral
  • Ability to travel within Calgary and area for clinic visits as operationally required
