Customer Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Twenty Four Karats. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Assign sales workers to duties to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team
- Teach interest or professional development courses to enhance staff skills
- Authorize payments and manage cash transactions
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Manage payroll administration and oversee staff performance
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Work Environment:
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
