About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Peace Arch Gardening Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • No formal education is required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.
  • Experience and Training
    • We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
  • Key Tasks
    • Tree and Plant Care
      • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their health and appearance.
    • Grounds Maintenance
      • Cut grass to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
    • Waste Management
      • Remove litter and garbage from the work area.
    • Fertilization and Equipment Maintenance
      • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth.
      • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
    • Reporting and Record Keeping
      • Write daily basic progress reports to keep management informed.
    • Plant Care and Watering
      • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
    Work Environment
    • Work Term
      • This is a permanent position.
    • Work Language
      • The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
    • Hours of Work
      • The standard working hours are 40 hours per week.
