Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire, supervise, and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to meet business needs
  • Ensure food quality and control, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant operations role
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Permanent, full-time employment
  • Language: English
