We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Stittsville. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Hire, supervise, and coordinate the activities of food service staff
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to meet business needs
- Ensure food quality and control, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant operations role
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Permanent, full-time employment
- Language: English
