Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities at Niagara VITAM Cleaning Solutions. This position involves overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all cleaning activities meet our high standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role.
Work Environment

This role is primarily set in a restaurant environment, where cleanliness and hygiene are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Identify and recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations as needed.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties when necessary.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
Supervision

This position involves supervising a team of 3-4 cleaning staff members.
